食物对烟蚜茧蜂成蜂寿命的影响

摘　　要：为探明不同糖类对烟蚜茧蜂成蜂寿命的影响,以葡萄糖、蜂蜜、砂糖等3种食物作为试验材料,对烟蚜茧蜂成蜂寿命的影响进行了研究。结果表明:25%的砂糖水饲喂利于延长烟蚜茧蜂的寿命,并显著高于25%的葡萄糖水和蜂蜜水;成蜂寿命随着砂糖水浓度的升高而延长,5%和15%的砂糖水差异显著,并显著低于25%、35%和45%的砂糖水,但是后三者无显著差异;5%蔗糖水、5%果糖水与5%砂糖水对成蜂寿命的影响差异不显著,5%麦芽糖水和5%乳糖水显著低于5%砂糖水。45%的砂糖水饲喂成蜂,雌雄寿命无明显差异。结论:采用25%的砂糖水可节约繁蜂成本,是较好的补充食物。A.gifuensis adults were fed with different sugar types（25% glucose,honey and sugar solution） to study the effect on life of A.gifuensis adults.The results showed that the life of A.gifuensis adults fed with sugar solution was higher than that fed with 25% glucose and honey significantly.The life of A.gifuensis adults fed with sugar solution prolonged with increase of sugar solution concentration but there was no significant difference in life of A.gifuensis adults fed with 25%,35% and 45% sugar solution concentrations.There was no significant difference in life of A.gifuensis adults fed with 5% sucrose,5% fructose and 5% sugar solution.The life of A.gifuensis adults fed with 5% maltose and 5% lactose was lower than that fed with 5% sugar solution.There was no significant difference in life between male and female A.gifuensis adults fed with 45% sugar solution.Conclusion： 25% sugar solution can be used as a good supplement food for reproduction of A.gifuensis.
