摘　　要：目的探讨原发性鼻腔NK/T细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析7例鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的临床资料,其中5例采用化、放疗联合治疗,1例采用单纯化疗,1例采用单纯放疗,化疗方案为CHOP方案或EPOCH方案。结果单一放疗或化疗效果差,采用EPOCH方案化疗联合局部侵犯野放疗的效果较好。结论对原发性鼻腔NK/T细胞淋巴瘤,采用CHOP方案化疗疗效差,采用EPOCH方案化疗联合放疗预后较好。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,treatment options of patients with primary nasal NK/T cell lymphoma.Methods 7 patients with nasal NK/T cell lymphomas were retrospectively studied.ive patients were treated with chemotherapy plus radiotherapy,one patient received chemotherapy alone,and one patient received radiotherapy alone.The chemotherapy regimen was CHOP or EPOCH regimen.Results Chemotherapy or radiotherapy alone had limited efficacy.EPOCH regimen chemotherapy combined with involved field irradiation（IFRT） was effective for nasal NK/T cell lymphoma.Conclusion EPOCH regimen chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy may improve survival of patients with primary nasal NK/T cell lymphoma.
