摘  要:基于Ansys的压电耦合场,对复合压电振子进行模态,谐响应分析。通过模态分析了解振子的动态力学特性,得到振子的固有频率和振型;通过谐响应分析得到振子在简谐激励下的稳态响应,并得到振幅对频率的变化曲线,实现了矩形复合式压电振子的电压加载分析并利用瞬态分析模拟了振子的椭圆运动轨迹,对双面激振和单面激振效果进行了对比,结果表明双面激振更具优势。The mode and harmonic analysis of piezoelectric ultrasonic vibrator were made based on the piezoelectric coupling analysis of Ansys,by which the natural frequency and vibration model of vibrator were obtained.Through the harmonic analysis,the steady-state response of vibrator in harmonic excitation and the changing curves of amplitude vary with the frequency were obtained.The voltage loading analysis is realized when rectangular composite piezoelectric resonators does harmonic response analysis,and the elliptical motion of the vibrator was analyzed using transient analysis.Results of the double-sided excitation and the one-sided excitation show that the former has more advantages.
