摘 要:为降低无轴承同步磁阻电机系统总成本,缩短电机轴向长度,需去除电机的转子位移传感器。本文提出了一种基于高频信号注入法的电机转子位移估算方法,通过在电机转矩绕组注入脉动高频电压信号,从悬浮绕组提取高频感应电流来估计转子位移,从而设计转子位移估算器,建立了电机的无位移传感器控制系统。仿真结果表明高频信号注入法能有效估计转子位移,可实现转矩扰动时全速范围内电机的稳定悬浮运行。In Order to meet requirements of low cost and short shaft for bearingless synchronous reluctance motor, the rotor displacements sensor should be canceled. In this paper, a novel rotor displacements estimation scheme using fluctuating high frequency voltage signal injection method was suggested, by injecting fluctuating high voltage signal into the torque winding, and the induced high frequency current was distinguished from the suspension winding, then a rotor displacements estimator was designed, and set up the displacements sensorless control system of the motor. Simulation results verify that proposed method can track the rotor displacements effectively, furthermore, the stable suspension operation is realized under condition of load disturbance and in full speed region.
