摘　　要：机体免疫与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,免疫功能低下是恶性肿瘤发生的重要因素,注射用核糖核酸Ⅱ(BP素)作为一种免疫增强剂在肿瘤治疗中得到广泛的应用。BP素是牛胰腺中提取的核糖核酸,是高纯度的具有生理活性的物质,它能激活T淋巴细胞产生大量淋巴因子和杀伤细胞,以增强人体免疫功能。还能激活B淋巴细胞,以增强人体体液免疫水平,可直接进入细胞核内,抑制癌细胞DNA,导致癌细胞死亡。Immunity and tumor development are closely related.Immunodeficiency is an important factor in malignancy.Ribonucleic acid for injectionⅡ（BP）as an immunoenhancer in cancer therapy is widely used.BP is a ribonucleic acid which has high purity and physiological activity extracted from bovine pancreas.BP can strengthen the human body immunity function via activating the T lymphocyte to produce massive lymph factor and killer cells,and it can strengthen the human body humoral immunity level by activating the B lymphocyte.BP may suppress cancer cell DNA at the cell nucleus,which then cause the cancer cell to die.
