游离上臂外侧皮瓣在头颈部缺损中的应用进展

摘　　要：上臂外侧皮瓣(LAFF)属肌间隔筋膜穿支皮瓣,应用于手外科修复重建已十分成熟和广泛,近年来被尝试应用于头颈部缺损的修复重建。临床研究证明,该皮瓣与修复头颈部缺损的经典皮瓣——前臂皮瓣相比,具有皮瓣供区更隐蔽、不牺牲手臂的主供动脉以及皮瓣感觉功能更加良好等优点。LAFF可成为前臂皮瓣的理想补充和修复头颈部缺损的又一新选择。The lateral arm free flap（LAFF） is one of which cross the intermuscular septa fascia,it had been applied on surgical repair and reconstruction widely,and the flap is being tried to apply on reconstructing the defects of head and neck in recent years.It had been proved by clinical data that the lateral arm free flap was more superior than the fore arm free flap which was the classical flap to repair the defects of head and neck,for examples the donor-site of the flap was more hiddened,the flap did not destroy the arm major artery and it was more sensitive and so on.LAFF will be the ideal supplement of the fore arm free flap and another new choice to repair the defects of head and neck.
