摘　　要：牛磺酸是一种条件性必需氨基酸,具有广泛的生物学功能,是调节机体正常生理功能的重要物质。文章对牛磺酸的生物学功能及其在养鸡生产中的应用等方面进行了综述。As a conditional essential amino acids,taurine has extensive biological functions and it s also an important material to regulate normal physiology function of animals.This paper summarized the biological function of taurine and its application in chicken.
