摘 要:以蜡乳液、硅酮乳液、聚四氟乙烯乳液、WPU/SiO2纳米杂化分散液(WPUS)为助剂,考察了其种类和用量对水性聚氨酯涂膜耐磨性的影响。结果表明,当助剂质量分数从2%增大到10%时,分别加入蜡乳液、硅酮乳液、聚四氟乙烯乳液得到的水性聚氨酯涂膜的耐磨性表现出先提高后降低的趋势,而加入WPUS得到涂膜的耐磨性逐渐增大。当蜡乳液、硅酮乳液、聚四氟乙烯乳液、WPUS的质量分数分别为2%、2%、6%、10%时,涂膜具有最佳的耐磨性能。Abrasion resistance of waterborne polyurethane(WPU) films was investigated by using wax emulsion,silicone emulsion,polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion,and WPU/SiO2 nano-hybrid dispersions(WPUS)as additives with different dosages.When the additives content increased from 2% to 10%,abrasion resistance of the WPU films with wax emulsion,silicone emulsion,and polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion showed the tendency of increasing first and then decreasing,whereas the abrasion resistance of the WPU film increased gradually when WPUS were employed with the amount of 2% to 10%.In addition,abrasion resistance of the WPU films with WPU/SiO2 nano-hybrid dispersions A and B separate showed no significant difference.Through the experiment,the WPU films showed optimal abrasion resistance when the dosage of wax emulsion,silicone emulsion,polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and WPUS were 2%,2%,6% and 10%,respectively.
