论宋初百年台谏制度建设与士人气节及诗格变迁之关系

摘　　要：宋初百年台谏制度的建立与不断完善,对士人的文化心态产生了重大影响,并表现在此期诗格变迁的发展历程中。台谏制度对士人气节和士人文化风尚产生作用,是通过台谏人物的进谏主张以及重大历史事件的推行而得以实施的。北宋诗格在五代备极萧衰之后呈现出勃起高涨的局面。此期士人特别关注文、道关系等历史现象,都与台谏制度影响下的士人文化心态密切相关。The establishment and improvement of the Tai and Jian system in the early one hundred years in Song Dynasty influences the cultural mentality of the officials greatly and demonstrates in the transformation of the poetic standard of that period. Its function is revealed by the remonstration and the carrying out of great historical event. The rising situation of poetic standard after the decline of the Five Dynasties leads to the focus on relation between literature and morality on the part of the officials and also closely related to their cultural mentality.
