摘　　要：自产生之初,20世纪中国文学中的现代性元素就包括两个方面的内涵:个体自由、个性解放与拯救民族危亡实现整体现代转型交织在一起。至20世纪三四十年代,后者对前者形成强势压制,激烈吁求自由与个性的知识分子纷纷向各种群体回归。Since the beginning of the twentieth Century, the modern elements Chinese literature has included two aspects. The individual enlightenment and liberty is entwined with a strong sense of national crisis and an urgent need for the modernizing transformation. To the thirty or forty of the 20th Century, the later has formed a strong suppression on the former. Consequently, intellectuals seeking liberty and individuality were urged to return to various collectivities.
