摘　　要：近年来,前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)筛查越来越广泛地应用于前列腺癌的早期筛查工作。然而,PSA筛查是否发挥着无可替代的作用,是否利大于弊,仍然是很多学者争论的焦点。在前列腺癌的早期筛查中,PSA筛查是一个简便易行的筛查前列腺癌的方法,但是在应用中,要结合其他方法提高筛查的准确性。同时,PSA筛查造成的潜在伤害以及心理压力也不容忽视。近年来,PSA筛查的广泛应用影响了前列腺癌新增患者的分期,提高了治疗的生存率。与此同时,PSA在治疗前后的应用,起到了评估治疗效果的作用。In recent years,prostate-specific antigen（PSA）screening is widely applied to the early screening of the prostate cancer.But it is still the controversy focus of the scholars if PSA screening plays an irreplaceable role and if its benefits outweigh the disadvantages.In the early stage screening,PSA screening is a simple and easy method for prostate cancer,while in the applications,it should be combined with other methods to improve the accuracy.Also,the potential harm and the psychological pressure that PSA screening caused cannot be ignored.Recently,the wide applications of PSA screening has influenced upon the stages of the new prostate cancer patients,and improved the survival rate.In the meantime,it plays an effect evaluation role in the application before and after the treatment.
