联合应用多西他赛治疗激素非依赖性前列腺癌疗效比较的系统评价

摘　　要：目的探究目前治疗激素非依赖前列腺癌的最佳化疗方案。方法收集国内外2004年1月至2011年3月已公开发表的有关联用多西他赛治疗激素非依赖前列腺癌疗效比较的临床随机对照试验文献,对符合要求的文献进行归纳分析。结果联合应用多西他赛与泼尼松的化疗方案治疗激素非依赖前列腺癌明显优于对照组。结论联合应用多西他赛与泼尼松的化疗方案治疗激素非依赖前列腺癌,能够控制患者血浆前列腺特异抗原水平,延长患者中位生存期,提高患者生活质量。Objective To find the best chemotherapy solution of docetaxel-based combination in the treatment of hormone-independent prostate cancer in the current.Methods Literatures about docetaxel-based combination chemotherapy in the treatment of hormone-independent prostate cancer,which is limited to clinical randomized controlled trials,from January 2004 to March 2011 at home and abroad were collected,and the results meeting the requirements were analyzed.Results Combined chemotherapy of docetaxel and prednisone as the treatment of hormone-independent prostate cancer is more effective than the control group.Conclusion In the treatment for hormone-independent prostate cancer,the combination of docetaxel and prednisone can control the PSA levels in the plasma,extend median survival time and improve the patient′s quality of life.
