摘　　要：提出了一种研究非相互独立运输投资项目决策的研究方法。首先对运输项目之间的互相独立、相互补充、相互替代和相互补代作用性质进行了分类研究 ,然后研究了项目之间的相互影响程度及目标值确定 ,利用有序组合树方法建立了方案集 ,用群组决策方法确定项目目标值的权重 。This paper presents a method for the solving of the non independent investment decision making problem. The relation and the influencing degree between the non independent investment projects and the objective values are studied at the beginning of the paper. A fuzzy optimal selection approach is applied for the decision making.
