强弱齐美尔连接对企业技术创新的影响研究

摘　　要：现有研究重点在于单独分析强弱连接对企业技术创新的影响,本研究在此基础上引入了齐美尔连接理论,进一步探讨强弱齐美尔连接对企业不同类型技术创新的影响。研究结果表明:企业与其合作伙伴间的弱齐美尔连接有利于企业探索式技术创新,但弱非齐美尔连接对企业探索式技术创新并无促进作用;企业与其合作伙伴间的强齐美尔连接对企业利用式技术创新并无促进作用,但强非齐美尔连接有利于企业利用式技术创新。The existing theories always emphasized the significance of strong and weak ties lonely.This paper analyze the impact of strong and weak simmelian ties on the two kinds of technological innovation and the results show that： weak simmelian tie has positive impact on the exploratory technological innovation,while the weak non-simmelian tie has no significantly positive impact on the exploratory technological innovation;strong simmelian tie has no significantly positive impact on the exploitative technological innovation,while the strong non-simmelian tie has positive impact on the exploitative technological innovation.
