摘　　要：服务导向战略在当前企业发展中日益突显其重要性。针对企业战略信息管理体系应对服务竞争的需要,提出服务导向的战略信息管理体系的建设思路,并尝试创建服务导向的战略信息管理机制、模型和框架,以期通过提高企业战略信息管理水平,使企业在服务竞争中形成服务核心竞争力。Currently, the strategy of service-oriented is increasingly more and more important in enterprise development. For the enterpriseg strategic information management system response to service competition, the authors try to propose the ideas of constructing service-oriented information management system, and attempt to create a service-oriented strategic information management system, model and the framework. So that on terprises can get core service competitiveness in service competition with improved strategic information management.
