肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的多排螺旋CT诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的多排螺旋CT表现特征。方法回顾性分析7例经手术病理证实的肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT表现。结果 7例患者CT扫描可见肿物均为实性;2例肿物内伴有钙化;平扫CT值为20-35Hu;7例患者均进行增强扫描,表现为延迟强化。结论肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT表现具有一定的特征性,多排螺旋CT扫描有助于提高肾上腺节细胞神经瘤诊断的准确性。Objective To study the imaging features of adrenal ganglioneuroma detected by multi-detector spiral CT.Methods The imaging features of preoperative CT were retrospectively analyzed in 7 cases with adernal ganglioneuroma confirmed by postoperative histopatological examination.Results Under the plain scanning by multi-detector spiral CT,all of adrenal lesions showed solid mass with the average CT value of 29.5 HU（ranged from 20 to 35 HU）.There was calcification found in 2 cases,and all of cases appeared remarkable contrast enhancement in delay phase after contrast administration.Conclusion The adrenal ganglioneuroma has certain features on plain CT scanning.Multi-detector spiral CT scanning is helpful in improving accuracy rate of imaging diagnosis for adernal ganglioneuroma.
