摘  要:探讨悬锭粗纱机的节能技术。通过从纺织工艺、机械结构、电气控制三方面进行理论探讨,并通过试验和实践提出:采用翼导卷绕方式、节能型无纱疵悬锭锭翼、有差动机构的筒管传动路线、下清洁开放式集棉装置、双闭环控制、直流母线共用等技术,可以降低悬锭粗纱机的装机容量和能耗。Energy-saving technology of suspended spindle roving machine was discussed. Theoretical discussions were carried out in aspect of textile processing, mechanical structure and electrical control. Through test and practice, it is put forward that capacity and energy consumption of suspended spindle roving machine can be reduced through adopting the following technologies, including flyer lead winding style, energy-saving and without yarn defeat suspended spindle flyer, bobbin transmission line installed differential mechanism, down clean open cotton collecting device, double-loop control and common DC bus.
