摘　　要：目的观察谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶π(GST-π)在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达,并研究其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法利用免疫组织化学法检测165例胃癌及相应癌旁组织中GST-π的表达。结果胃癌组织中GST-π的表达阳性率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。正常胃组织及慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎、肠上皮化生、上皮内瘤变的GST-π表达阳性率分别为21.4%、43.3%、51.1%、69.6%,除上皮内瘤变组明显高于正常胃组织及慢性浅表性胃炎组外(P<0.05),其他癌旁组织各组间差异无统计学意义。GST-π在胃癌中的表达与患者性别及肿瘤大小、部位、组织学类型、分化程度、TNM分期均无明显关系(P>0.05);而与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 GST-π与胃癌的发生发展密切相关,GST-π有可能成为胃癌诊断及判断预后的指标之一。Objective To observe the expression of GST-π in gastric carcinoma and pericancerous mucosa, to research the relationship between GST-π and gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of GST-π was determined by immunohistochemistry in 165 cases of human gastric carcinoma and tissues adjacent to gastric carcinoma. Results The expressions of GST-π in gastric carcinoma were higher than those of in the tissues adjacent to gastric carcinoma （P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rate of GST-π expression in gastric tissue and chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, intraepithelial neoplasia were 21.4%, 43. 3%, 51.1%, 69.6% respectively, the positive rate of GST-π was gain gradually but no significant difference be- tween these groups besides between normal gastric tissue and chronic superficial gastritis group and intraepithelial neoplasia group（P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of GST-π in gastric carcinoma was not correlated to sex of patients, tumorous size, position, histological type, differentiation grade and TNM stage （P 〉 0.05 ）. Significant relationship was found between expression of GST-π and the depth of infiltration of lesion, lymph node of metastasis （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions GST-π is close with development of gastric carcinoma. GST-π may be regarded as a tumor marker of gastric carcinoma.
