壳聚糖磷脂酰胆碱防治轻度认知功能障碍的P300研究

摘　　要：目的采用事件相关电位技术(ERP),研究轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者服用壳聚糖磷脂酰胆碱前后在执行单位加法心算任务时的脑内时程的P300波幅和潜伏期的差别,旨在探讨壳聚糖磷脂酰胆碱对MCI患者P300的影响。方法采用纵向研究配伍组设计方案,根据MCI的诊断标准选取15例MCI患者,采用事件相关电位(ERP)分析技术,通过单位加法心算实验,分析其P300成分的变化。结果①MCI患者用药前后反应时比较有显著性差异(P=0.000);②用药后MCI患者的P300波幅比用药前波幅显著降低(F=28,P=0.038)。结论①壳聚糖磷脂酰胆碱可以提高MCI患者的心算能力和心算速度;②壳聚糖磷脂酰胆碱可以提高MCI患者注意、记忆等认知能力;③服用壳聚糖磷脂酰胆碱后,MCI患者对算式视觉刺激的感知、辨别变得敏感,神经细胞在对算式的认知加工阶段兴奋性增高,短时间内动用相对较多的资源,从而提高了心算效率。Objective Using event-related potential technology,to study the P300 dynamic change in the time courses of brain when engaged in addition mental calculation between before and after chitosan-phospholipid used mild cognitive impair patients.This study aimed at exploring the effect of chitosan-phospholipids on P300 of MCI patients.Methods Using longitudinal study design and compatibility group,15 cases of patients with MCI were selected according to the diagnostic criteria for MCI.Using event-related potential technology to study the P300 change when MCI patients engaged in addition mental calculation.Results After two-month treatment by Chitosan-phsospholipid,the response-time had significant difference（P=0.000）.and the P300 amplitude decreased significantly（F=28,P=0.038）.Conclusion ①Chitosan-phospholipid can improve the ability and velocity of mental calculation of MCI patients.②Chitosan-phospholipid can enhance the MCI patients＇ cognition of attention and memory.③After taking chitosan-phospholipid,MCI patients is sensetive to perceive and idntify the stimulates of formula.Nerve cells in the formula of the cognitive stage of processing increased excitability,then a short period of time is spent and relatively more resources are used to improve the efficiency of the mental arithmetic.
