摘 要:研究了不同的终锻温度、锻造比及冷却工艺对A800F转向节和连杆锻件组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着终锻温度下降,晶粒逐渐细化,铁素体组织逐渐增多,抗拉强度及屈服强度逐渐下降,冲击韧度逐渐增加;随着锻造比的增加,铁素体的含量逐渐增多,晶粒尺寸逐渐变小,冲击韧度逐渐增大,抗拉强度呈先增加后稳定的变化趋势;随着冷速的加快,晶粒尺寸逐渐变小,铁素体的含量逐渐增多,但冷速对抗拉强度和屈服强度影响则不大。用A800F替代40Cr生产转向节等锻件是可行的,其最佳锻造工艺为:终锻温度为950~1050℃,锻造比为10~15,冷却方式为空冷。The influences of various final forging temperature,forging ratio and cooling processes on microstructure and properties of the A800F forgings of steering knuckle and connecting rod were studied.The results show that,with the decrease of final forging temperature,the crystal size becomes finer,the structure of ferrite improves,the tensile strength and yield strength decreases and the impact toughness increases;with the increase of forging ratio,the amount of ferrite increases,the grain size refines,the impact toughness improves and the tensile strength increases firstly and then steady-state;with the increase of cooling speed,the extents of fining grain intensify,however,the influence of cooling speed on the strength is little.It is feasible to use A800F steel instead of 40Cr to product steering knuckle and other forge pieces;the best forging process is final forging temperature of 950~1050℃,forging ratio of 10~15,cooling way of air cooling.
