埃索美拉唑三联疗法根除十二指肠溃疡Hp感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨埃索美拉唑三联疗法方案及根除十二指肠溃疡Hp感染的效果。方法 158例十二指肠溃疡并Hp感染的患者随机分为3组,分别给予埃索美拉唑+左氧氟沙星+阿莫西林,埃索美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林,奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林治疗。结果治疗后三组溃疡径长及总有效率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组Hp根除率和上腹疼痛评分显著高于B、C组,B组Hp根除率显著高于C组(P<0.05);三组不良反应率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗十二指肠溃疡有显著疗效,不良反应轻,是根除Hp感染的理想方法之一。Objective To investigate the effects of esomeprazole triple therapy for treatment of duodenal ulcer with heli- cobacter pylori（Hp） infection. Methods All of 158 cases of duodenal ulcer with Hp infection were randomly divided into 3 groups,and respectively given by 3 types of triple therapy. Results After treatment, there were statistical significance of the ulcer lengths and total effective rate among 3 groups （P 〈 0.05）. The eradication rate and pain grade of Hp in A group were higher than the other two groups,and them of B group was higher than C group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Esomeprazole triple therapy for treatment of duodenal ulcer has meaningful results, would be a reasonable therapy for eradicating Hp.
