基于供需理论的公共体育资源有效配置

摘　　要：运用经济学供需理论及相关观点,分析如何对公共体育资源进行有效配置。通过分析公共体育资源供给,发现政府投入资源严重不足且分配不合理,再结合对需求影响因素及弹性的分析,从公共体育资源分类的角度,提出了结构优化途径和具体措施,包括增加人力资源供给以加大体育宣传和教育力度、完善公共体育资源财政结构,以及增加公共体育场地设施的开放度等措施。The economic supply and demand theory and relevant viewpoints are employed in the paper to analyze how to effectively allocate the public sports resources. Corresponding proposals are raised from the perspective of public sports resources classification through establishing and analyzing the influential factors and elasticity of public sports resources demand and supply, including increasing human resources supply to strengthen sports promotion and education, perfecting the public sports resources fiscal structure and increasing the openness of public sports venues and facilities, and other measures.
