摘 要:介绍了一种新型的围带滚柱式超越离合器工作原理,运用运动学仿真软件MSC.ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行动力学仿真和关键零件的强度仿真,定量分析了各因素对离合器性能的影响。结果表明:适当增大滚柱与内座圈和外座圈之间的摩擦系数,可以略微减小滚柱楔合时的瞬时挤压力和空转角;滚柱数量的增多对离合器的承载性能有明显的提高;弹簧力的大小对滚柱受力没有影响,弹簧力越大,空转角越小。The working principles of a new kind of retainer-roller-eccentric arc type overrunning clutch are presen- ted. The effects of various factors on the clutch's performance are investigated quantitatively; its dynamic character- istics and its key components' strength are simulated with MSC. ADAMS and ANSYS. The simulation results indi- cate that : 1 ) the idle angle and transient stress of the roller decrease slightly with the proper increase of coefficients of friction among the roller, inner seat and outer seat; 2) the increasing number of rollers significantly enhances the load-bearing capacity of the overrunning clutch; 3 ) the larger the spring force, the smaller the idle angle, indica- ting that the spring force has little effect on the stress of the roller. The simulation results coincide with the actual working of the overrunning clutch.
