摘　　要：综述了16S rRNA二级结构图形分析在微生物分类鉴定中的应用,并采用该方法比较了枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus lichenformis)模式株16S rRNA可变区二级结构的差异,结果表明,该方法可以应用于细菌相近种间的区分。We summarized a new approach that uses 16S rRNA variable regions of secondary structure in the classification of microbiologym.The secondary structure of 16S rRNA variable regions of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus lichenformis were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the pattern analysis can be used as the differentiation of some close related strains at species level.
