Incorporation of Residues from the Processing of Traditional Chinese Medicine into Composts Used to Cultivate Pleurotus citrinopileatus and Agrocybe cylindracea

摘  要:探讨用补肾益寿胶囊药渣、棉籽壳和稻草为主要原料,配制不同比例的培养料栽培金顶侧耳(Pleurotus citrinopileatus)和柱状田头菇(Agrocybe cylindracea)的可行性。结果表明,用补肾益寿胶囊药渣代替部分棉籽壳和(或)稻草栽培金顶侧耳和柱状田头菇是可行的,栽培2种食用菌的适宜培养料配方均为:38%药渣、40%棉籽壳、20%米糠、2%石膏。此时,金顶侧耳、柱状田头菇的产量分别为每袋291.4g和345.1g;生物学效率分别为97.2%和115.0%;投入产出比分别为1∶3.0和1∶3.5。Pleurotus citrinopileatus and Agrocybe cylindracea were cultivated on composts containing residues from the processing of the Traditional Chinese Medicine materials Panax ginseng,Polygonum multiflorum,Lycium barbarum fruit,Epimedium brevicornu,Polygonatum sibiricum,Ganoderma lucidum,Lysimachia clethroides,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Glycyrrhiza uralensis in place of cotton seed hulls and rice straw.The optimum compost composition for cultivating both mushroom species was 38% processed residues,40% cotton seed hulls,20% rice bran and 2% gypsum.Average yields of P.citrinopileatus and A.cylindracea fruit bodies were 291.4 g and 345.1 g per 0.3 kg bag of compost,respectively.These values equated to corresponding biological efficiencies of 97.2% and 115.0%,and Returns on Investment of 1∶3.0 and 1∶3.5,respectively.
