摘　　要：以强化学生综合实验能力和科学精神培养为目标,以"研究性学习"理念为指导,以"综合研究性"实验项目为载体,整合基础生物化学实验的内容和技术,使基础实验寓于综合性实验之中,提高学生对知识的整体认识和对技术方法的综合运用能力,培养学生的综合素质,提高教学质量。In this teaching research,the strengthening students＇ comprehensive experiment ability and scientific spirit was taken as the objective under the direction of the ＂Research Study concept＂,with the ＂Comprehensive Research＂ experiment project as media,while integrating the content and technique of the basic biochemistry experiments which were reflected in the comprehensive experiments.The students＇ overall understanding of knowledge and comprehensive applying ability were therefore enhanced,the students＇ comprehensive quality was well trained,and the teaching quality was ultimately improved.
