学分制下高校班级量化管理模式的探究

摘　　要：班级是高校管理的一个重要单元,加强班级量化管理是顺利完成各种教育教学工作的重要保障。为配合量化管理,建立起了一套反映学生整体特征的动态量化考核体系及实施办法,并就实施效果和遇到的问题进行了探讨。Class is an important element of university management.Enhancing quantitative class management is a key guarantee for the successful education.a set of evaluation system and implementation methods were established to reflect the dynamics process of the students＇ overall characteristics,which could coordinate the quantitative management.The result of its implementation and the problems encountered with were discussed in the meantime.
