摘　　要：近年来,随着高校毕业生的人数越来越多,大学生就业难的问题日益突出,本文从社会、学校和学生自身三个层面分析了大学生就业难的原因,并针对这些原因提出了相应的解决对策。Lately along with enhance of graduate quantity,the problem of finding a job becomes extrude.The paper analyses the reasons from three aspects of society,school and graduate,at last it gives the corresponding resolvents.
