摘　　要：随着学分制改革的不断深入,高校学籍管理面临诸多新情况、新问题,为适应教学改革与发展的需要,应构建以人为本的促进学生全面发展的学籍管理制度,推行现代化教务管理信息系统,实现学籍管理工作的高效、科学和规范化,加强学籍管理人员队伍建设,提高管理人员的综合素质和业务水平。With the reform of the credit system going into the depth,the student enrollment management has encountered many new problems.In order to meet the need of the reform and development of teaching,it is urgent to establish a humanist student enrollment management system aiming at encouraging student＇s integrated development,carry out modern educational management system,propel the efficient,scientific and standard operation of the enrollment management,and enhance the construction of the staff to improve their comprehensive quality and professional skills.
