摘　　要：阐述临床医学8年制专业开设生物信息学课程的必要性，论述教学实施过程中教材选择、教学内容安排、教学方法设计以及考核方法创新等方面的措施和经验，为该专业生物信息学课程建设提供参考。The need of eight-year clinical students for bioirfformatics undergraduate courses is described. In addition, the measures and experiences on textbooks choosing, teaching content assignment, teaching methods designing and test means innovation are also discussed. All these provide a reference implementation for the development of eight-year clinical bioinformatics courses.
