摘  要:在住院医师规范化培训过程中,除常规的培训管理外,将住院医师各类考核成绩与其每月绩效进行挂钩,按照得分给予相应奖金;利用绩效考核促进住院医师学习的积极性,加强对住院医师的管理,提高住院医师规范化培训的质量。During the course of standardized residents training, the performance appraisal management of the residents was used besides other regular management methods. The allowances of residents were decided monthly by the evaluation and assessment of many kinds of tests or examinations. Through this new measure, the learning enthusiasm of residents could be fully motivated. The authoritative effectiveness of management was enhanced enormously. Meanwhile, the quality of the educational and training has also been improved greatly. This method could be very, useful for the training process.
