摘　　要：性别歧视是劳动力市场上普遍存在的现象。目前,高校毕业生就业中的性别歧视问题日益严重。在对我国高校毕业生就业中性别歧视的现状及其不良后果进行分析的基础上,从劳动力市场、企业、社会保障制度、社会偏见等方面对高校毕业生就业中的性别歧视产生的原因进行了深入分析,并有针对性地提出了相关对策及建议。The gender discrimination is a universal existence in the labor market,which turns to be more serious at present as to the college graduates＇ employment.Based on the analysis of the situation and the adverse consequences of gender discrimination,the article carries on a thorough analysis of the reasons from aspects of labor market,enterprise,social security system,social prejudice and so on,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and recommendation.
