摘　　要：仪器设备是高校固定资产的重要组成部分,是高校从事教学、科研、行政管理、后勤服务等各项工作重要的物质基础。随着国家对高等教育投入的不断加大,高校教学科研仪器设备数量迅速增加,新形势下如何对高校仪器设备进行长效的监督、管理和维护,使其为高校教学科研工作发挥最佳效益,已成为高校仪器设备管理工作者亟待研究、探讨的一个重要课题。Scientific instrumentation is an essential part of university fixed assets,therefore,serves as a solid foundation for many important campus-wide managing components,such as teaching,research,administration,logistics and other related services.The nation-wide education funding has increased tremendously recently,and as part of the investment,universities are hosting more and more RD instrument each year.Under this new situation,an effective system shall conduct efficient long-term monitoring,management and maintenance,in order to provide best service for teaching and research needs.Thus,exploration on how to establish and implement such a system is becoming an important issue and a new field of research for equipment department officers.
