摘　　要：针对高校学报青年编辑学历越来越高,且大多数为非编辑出版专业出身以及自身压力日益增大的现象,经研究认为青年编辑要学会自我培养,建议青年编辑依托专业优势,立足做好本职工作,寻找工作兴趣点,经常交流,多读多写,并持之以恒。Young college journal editors are now having higher education degrees and under heavy working pressure, most of whom are not even professionally trained in the major of editing and publication. Given this fact, young editors, based on their specialties, should keep seeking self-development, giving full play to their jobs, grasping the interests in jobs, enhancing communication, and reading or writing to a great extent.
