摘　　要：目的探讨高龄大肠癌外科治疗与围手术期处理的有关问题。方法回顾分析2005年6月至2010年6月手术治疗的56例75岁以上高龄大肠癌病例。手术切除50例（89．2％），其中根治性切除37例（66．1％），姑息性切除13例（23．2％），单纯结肠造瘘术6例（10．7％）。结果术后并发症16例（28．6％），无围手术期死亡。结论充分针对高龄患者特点的围手术期处理、合理选择手术方式是减少高龄大肠癌术后并发症和病死率、改善生存质量的关键。Objective To explore the surgical treatment and perioperative management of aged colorectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of colorectal cancer aged over 75 years from June 2005 to June 2010 were retrospective analyzed. Resection was performed in 50 cases （89.2 % ）, including radical resection in 37 patients （66.1% ）, palliative resection in 13 cases （23.2%）, and simple colostomy in 6 cases （ 10.7 % ）. Results Postoperative complications occurred in 16 cases （ 28.6% ）, and no death occurred. Conclusion Adequate preoperative treatment and rational choice of surgical approach for aged patients is the key to the reduction of post - operative complications and mortality and the improvement of the aualitv of life.
