挫伤性睫状体脱离的光凝治疗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察激光治疗挫伤性睫状体脱离的临床效果。方法对2007年6月至2011年4月收治的30例（30只眼）确诊为挫伤性睫状体脱离的患者，通过房角镜和超声生物显微镜确定脱离的位置和范围，并行激光光凝治疗。结果术后随访1～6个月，最后随访眼压正常者26只眼（就诊时距受伤时间为5～20d），眼压仍低者4只眼（行手术治疗。其中3例就诊时距受伤时间大于1个月）。术后视力≤0．1者4只眼，0．1-0．6者14只眼，≥0．6者12只眼。随访时超声生物显微镜提示26只眼睫状体均已复位。结论激光治疗早期外伤性睫状体脱离范围较小的疗效确切，方法简单。Objective To observe the effect of laser photocoagulation on contusion cyclodialysis. Methods A retrospective study was carried on 30 eyes which had undergone laser photocoagulation from June 2007 to may 2011. All patients were carefully examined by anterior chamber angle lens and ultrasound biomicroscope before laser photocoagulation. Result Following up for 1 month to 6 months, the intraocular pressure （IOP） of 26 eyes was normal, 4 remained lower presure were performed operation. Visual acuity of 4 eyes were below 0.1, 14 eyes among 0.1-0.6, and 12 eyes above 0.6. The ciliary bodies of 26 eyes were all reattached. Conclusions The laser photocoagulation is an effective method to early traumatic cyclodialysis.
