摘 要:教育是成就人的善业,要求教师始终充满人文情怀,具有教育爱的能力。然而,在现实教育中,教师过分浓郁的身份威权、根深蒂固的人性误读、"非生产性"态度取向和"失魅"的教育人格使得他们失落了人文情怀,致使对学生的心灵伤害事实频发。为了消解心灵伤害,我们必须通过淡化身份意识、形成专业立场、强化职业志趣、加强教育人格自修等途径,促进教师教育人文情怀的成长,提高教师教育爱的能力。The aim of education is to promote students' development. This requires that teachers should be always full of humanistic feelings and the ability to love. However, in reality, because of the excessively identity authoritarian, the ingrained misunderstanding of human nature, the "unproductive" manner orientation and the improper educational personali- ty, some teachers lost their humanistic feelings and the heart injury to students happens frequently. To eliminate this injury, teachers should improve their humanistic feelings through the following ways: diluting their status consciousness, developing their educational thinking, strengthening their career interests and training their educational personality.
