非小细胞肺癌患者术前血清中MMP-3和MMP-7检测的意义

摘　　要：目的应用ELISA法分别检测120例非小细胞肺癌患者和120例正常成人血清中基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)和基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)的表达,并分析二者的表达与非小细胞肺癌患者的分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期的关系,为术前判断肿瘤的生物学行为提供理论帮助。方法选取我院确诊的120例非小细胞肺癌需进行手术治疗的术前患者作为观察组,选取120例体检证实为健康的成人血清作为对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附实验检测两组血清中MMP-3和MMP-7的含量,分析其意义及相关性。结果观察组患者血清中MMP-3和MMP-7的表达明显高于对照组,术前血清中MMP-3和MMP-7的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关。结果显示非小细胞肺癌中MMP-3和MMP-7的表达具有正相关性。结论非小细胞肺癌患者血清中MMP-3和MMP-7的表达升高,MMP-3和MMP-7在肿瘤的进展中具有促进作用,术前联合检测血清中MMP-3和MMP-7的表达可能有助于判断预后。Objective To investigate the expressions of MMP-3 and MMP-7 in 120 cases with non-small cell lung carcinoma and 120 cases normal adults for observing their clinical significance in neoplasm. Methods We detected the serum expressions of MMP-3 and MMP-7 by ELISA in the non-small cell lung carcinoma before opeartion and normal adults. Their expressions and clinical significance were analyzed in the non-small cell lung carcinoma. Results The serum expres- sions of MMP-3 and MMP-7 were higher in the neoplasm than in normal adults. Their expressions were correlated with differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. Positive correlation between MMP-3 and MMP-7 was found in neoplasm before operation. Conclusion The higher serum expressions of MMP-3 and MMP-7 were found in non-small cell lung carcinoma before operation. The synergistic effect of MMP-3 and MMP-7 may promote the development of neo- plasm. The expressions of MMP-3 and MMP-7 may be helpful to judge the prognosis in non-small cell lung carcinoma.
