摘　　要：短程治疗是适于自体心理学应用的一个丰富领域,根据已有的理论与实践来看,自体心理学可以极大地促进短程治疗的效果。自体心理学基于其一系列相互紧密协调的理论观念,如神入、自体客体关系、自体客体移情等等,对短程治疗的各种成分展开探讨,其合理组织不仅让短程治疗更为有效,同时具有较强的理论说服力,为方兴未艾的短程治疗模式提供了一种新的富于启发性的思路。Brief psychotherapy is a fertile field in which self psychology plays a key role： both practice and theory have proved that self psychology can greatly enhance the effect of short-term therapy. On the basis of a set of interconnected notions such as empathy, self-object relation, and self-object empathy, self psychology examines the various components of brief therapy; its scientific framework does not only enable the brief therapy to be more effective but become more convincing in itself through such an application. Self psychology provides a new approach to emerging brief psychotherapy.
