摘　　要：作为学术视阈宏阔、有着百余部著述的著名学者和作家,胡怀琛早在19世纪20年代就已经建树了他的陶学成就,其陶学理论颇为平实、客观、切理,启发并引领着后世陶学。然而,在大师频出的时代,胡怀琛被淹没了。在他身后近八十余年的陶学史中,胡怀琛同样被忽略了。无论从学术史抑或陶学史的角度,都有必要正视胡怀琛的陶学研究成果。Hu Huaichen, a famous scholar and writer noted for his broad academic vision and over 100 works, has secured much success in his study of Tao Yuanming in the 1920s. His theory on Tao Yuanming, which is quite natural, objective, incisive and intensive, has enlightened and guided later scholars of its kind. However, Hu Huaichen＇ s academic achievement has been neglected at an era marked by the frequent rise of masters, and he himself has also been ignored for about 80 years since his death. As such, it is nec- essary to address Hu Huaichen＇ s academic achievements in his study of Tao Yuanming in the perspective of both the history of academic research or the histoy of studies on Tao Yuanming.
