摘　　要：脑梗死急速上升的发病率引起各界的关注,而临床用药的诸多问题令人担忧。针对脑梗死防治中降压药、降脂药、阿司匹林、中成药的使用现状,提出存在的问题及合理使用的建议与同道商榷。Arising attention in medical fields has derived from a rapid increase in incidence of cerebral infarction.At the same time,there are concerns of clinical medications for the cerebral infarction.According to the current status of clinical application of hypotensor,antilipemic agents,aspirin and Chinese patent drugs,this article discusses these issues and makes suggestions of rational use of drugs.
