大蒜素治疗小鼠溶脲脲原体感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨大蒜素对小鼠溶脲脲原体(Uu)感染的治疗作用。[方法]昆明小鼠60只,随机分6组。建立小鼠溶脲脲原体生殖道炎症模型后,治疗组注射大蒜素注射液,对照组注射阿奇霉素注射液。[结果]治疗后大蒜素低剂量组Uu阳性率比生理盐水对照组低;药物对照组及大蒜素高剂量组Uu阳性率与生理盐水对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。大蒜素高剂量组Uu阳性率与治疗后药物对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。药物对照组、大蒜素高剂量组与治疗前比较阴道内Uu数明显减少(P﹤0.05)。[结论]大蒜素对小鼠溶脲脲原体感染治疗有效,其对溶脲脲原体有较强的抑杀作用,抑杀作用呈剂量-效应关系。[Objective]To assess the treatment of Alitride on ureaplasma urealyticum after infecting mice.[Methods]60 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,After establish successfully the vaginal infection with ureaplasma urealyticum mice model,the alitride treatment group was given to the treatment Alitride and the medicine reference group was given to the treatment Azithromycin.[Results]The Uu masculine rate of the low Alitride treatment group was lower than the NS reference group＇s Uu masculine rate.The Uu masculine rate of the medicine reference group and the high Alitride treatment group between the NS reference group were signiciant difference（P﹤0.05）.The Uu masculine rate between the high Alitride treatment group and the NS reference group had no significant difference（P﹥0.05）.The number of the Uu between the high Alitride treatment group and the NS reference group were markedly decreased than before the thetreatment（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]The treatment of Alitride on ureaplasma urealyticum after infecting mice was more effective and the Alitride can restrain and kill the ureaplasma urealyticum.The action of Alitride is similar to the Azithromycin.The action is dose-effect＇s relation.
