成人教育学员特质对成人教育师资发展的影响

摘　　要：成人教育是国家教育体制中的重要组成部分,它不同于普通学历教育。作为成人教育的三大主体:学员、教师、师生关系,无不表现出有别于普通学历教育的种种特质,充分地研究分析这些特质,有利于我们深入理解成人教育的内涵,正确把握成人教育的发展方向,促进成人教育师资水平的提升。Adult education is an important part of our national education system, but it is different from ordinary degree education. There are three main subjects in adult education ： students, teachers, and relationship between them. All of these subjects are different from the general education in the various characteristics. Research and analysis on these qualities will help us to understand the meaning of adult education, to grasp the direction of adult education development correctly, and to promote the level of adult education teachers.
