酰化溴代鼠李糖的合成和晶体结构

摘　　要：用液溴、醋酸酐、鼠李糖在高氯酸的催化下合成了酰化溴代鼠李糖(C12H17Br O7),并用X-射线单晶衍射仪测定了其结构,证明了其立体结构的绝对构型为热力学稳定的α-构型.晶体数据表明,该化合物属正交晶系,空间群P212121,晶胞参数为:a=7.5580(15),b=8.6314(17),c=24.790(5),α=90°,β=90°,γ=90°,V=1617.2(6)3,Z=4,Dcalc=1.451 mg.m-3,μ=2.566 mm-1,F(000)=720,R1=0.0568,wR2=0.1101.The crystal of the title compound has been synthesized with bromide,acetic anhydride,rhamnose,perchloric acid.Its crystal structure of the compound was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction.As the data indicate： its crystal belongs to orthorhombic system with space group P212121,and its absolute configuration of three-dimensional structure is thermodynamically stable α-configuration.Crystal cell parameters are： a =7.5580（15）,b =8.6314（17）,c=24.790（5）,α=90 °,β =90 °,γ =90°,V = 1617.2（6）3,Z=4,Dcalc=1.451 mg·m-3,μ=2.566 mm-1,F（000）=720,R1=0.0568,wR2=0.1101.
