摘　　要：为探讨在Internet环境中信息实时交互条件下企业新的管理模式 ,从制造业的模型谈起 ,从优化企业资源和提高客户满意度两个角度研究了单件生产方式、大量生产方式、MRPⅡ、精益生产方式和JIT等几种制造业管理模式的发展过程及特点 ,并在此基础上探讨了基于Internet企业新的管理模式的内容和特点 ,提出了基于Internet企业新的资源优化途径 ,即协同优化、组合优化和无形资源优化 ,并指出加强客户管理将是未来管理的核心之一。To meet the challenges brought by Internet to the traditional management patterns, this article discusses the development of management patterns from single-piece production, mass production, MRP Ⅱ, lean production and JIT from two aspects——the optimization of enterprise resources and the boosting of customer satisfaction. On the basis of that the article explores the content and characteristics of the new management patterns and puts forward a number of new means to optimize the resources of Internet-based enterprises:synergic optimization, combined optimization and intangible resources optimization with the emphasis on the strengthening of customer management.
