摘　　要：通过文献资料对广西民族传统体育抛绣球的历史发展、活动形式、教学与运动竞赛、技术动作进行分析和在教学过程中如何灵活、合理的选择运用教学方法,为进一步提高教学质量和推动抛绣球运动发展提供参考。Through using the method of literature review, this paper makes analysis on historical development, activity form, teaching and competition, technical analysis and teaching process of throwing an embroidered ball. The main purpose is to provide the reference for further promoting teaching quality and development of throwing an embroidered ball.
