摘　　要：目的探讨水通道蛋白-1(AQP-1)在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测25例肾透明细胞癌组织和20例正常肾脏组织中AQP-1的表达情况。结果在肾透明细胞癌组织和正常肾脏组织中AQP-1阳性表达率分别为8.0%和100.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在肾透明细胞癌组织中,毛细血管内皮细胞中AQP-1表达高于正常肾脏组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AQP-1的异常表达与肾透明细胞癌的发生及浸润转移有密切关系。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of aquaporin-1（AQP-1） in suprarenal epithelioma tissues. Methods Immunohistochemistry assay was used to detect the expressions of AQP-1 in 25 cases of suprarenal epithelioma tissues and 20 cases of normal kidney tissues. Results The positive rates of AQP-1 in the suprarenal epithelioma tissues and the normal kidney tissues were 8.0% and 100.0%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.The positive rate of AQP-1 was higher in the capillary endothelium cells of suprarenal epithelioma than that in the normal kidney tissues,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The abnormal expressions of AQP-1 may play an important role in the process of development and metastasis of suprarenal epithelioma.
