盐酸曲马多缓释片治疗晚期癌症疼痛的评估与护理分析

摘　　要：目的对采用盐酸曲马多缓释片对癌症晚期患者的疼痛症状进行控制的效果和相关护理措施进行分析。方法抽取在过去一段时间内来本院就诊的94例癌症晚期的临床确诊患者病例,将其随机分为A、B两组,每组47例。A组患者采用临床常规镇痛药物进行治疗;B组患者采用盐酸曲马多缓释片进行治疗。对两组患者的疼痛控制情况、并发症和不良反应现象进行比较分析,并总结相应的护理体会。结果经过仔细研究后笔者发现,用药后B组患者的疼痛程度明显轻于A组患者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗的过程中,均未出现由止痛药物引起的并发症和不良反应现象,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用盐酸曲马多缓释片对癌症晚期患者进行镇痛治疗,可以使患者的疼痛感得到有效控制,痛苦明显减轻,而无特殊并发症和不良反应现象。Objective To analyze the effect of the usage of tramadol hydrochloride sustained release tablets to the pain of the patients with advanced cancer and the related nursing. Methods Ninty four cases of patients with clinical diagnosis suf- fering from advanced cancer in our hospital were selected and rondomly divided into 2 groups： Group A and Group B, each of 47 cases. The patients in Group A were given the treatment of clinical routine analgesic drugs while the patients in Group B were given the treatment by tramadol hydrochloride sustained release tablets. There was a comparative analysis of pain control, complications, and the phenomenon of adverse reactions of the patients in two groups and the experience of appropriate nursing was summarized. Results After careful study, it found that after treatment, the pain of patients in Group B was significantly lighter than that in Group A, besides, there was statistical difference（P 〈 0.05）. During the treat- ment, there wasn＇t any phenomenon of complications and adverse reactions resuhing from pain medication and there was no statistical differences （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Tramadol hydrochloride sustained release tablets in the treatment of pa- tients with advanced cancer can make the patients＇ pain be effectively controlled and significantly reducethe patients＂ suf- fering and there is no special phenomenon of complications and adverse reactions.
