摘　　要：以图书馆电子资料借阅服务的服务质量问卷调查结果及其人工评价原理为依据,对所得到的数据进行量化,构建基于GRNN神经网络的图书馆电子资料借阅服务评价模型,分析了这种方法的优点,并进行实验,验证了这种评价模型的科学性。On the ground of the results from questionnaire investigation for the library borrowing service of electronic information service quality and the principles of artificial evaluation,handled data from this system,and proposed evaluation model for borrowing service of electronic information based on general regression neural networks,and analysised the advantages of the model,then experimented and satisfactory effect was obtained.
