摘　　要：调查研究浆果类水果主要病虫害及其防治措施、农药使用情况、国内外现行污染物的限量标准及检测方法,并对近年来浆果类水果主要污染物的检测结果进行分析。提出浆果类水果质量安全控制主要污染物的检测项目和限量值,为该类水果的质量安全日常监测提供一定的依据。In our country,the fruits of Berries are so popular because of their delicious taste,fragrant smell and high nutritional value.However,the quality and safety of berries are uncertain because of the unreasonable use of the pesticide and the environment pollution.As a result,it poses a threat to human health.In order to implement the effective monitoring of the quality of berries,it necessary to do a survey of main pollutants in berries.In this study,we investigated the main pests of berries and the control measures of them.Also we investigated the use of pesticide and the MRL of the pollutants with their detection methods.We did statistical analysis to the recently detection results of major pollutants in berries.Based on these studies,we identified the detection items and MRL of the main pollutants in berries.We also verified the corresponding detection methods,so it played an important guiding role to the quality and safety of berries on daily monitoring.
